Selects the Quiz categories to include in the testing. 

The options are:

1. enter the quiz category 1 - 22 then return
    repeat for each quiz to be included.

2. enter 99 to include all after the last entered

3. enter Return with no entry to include only those entered.

Notes:

Enter in ascending numerical order

If no quizzes are entered, just return pressed, all quizzes are selected

If a mistake is made start over.
